Project Engineer
Description:
Summary: A competent Nurse with experience in similar clinical settings practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Uses nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
Educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying learning needs and resources.
Requires BSN preferred, 1+ year related nursing experience preferred, and valid RN license with BLS; ACLS certification is mandatory.
New hires undergo orientation, preceptorship, and competency validation.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
