Mechanical Integrity (M. I.) Lead

This position requires a competent nurse with independent practice in a similar clinical setting, capable of providing routine and complex care while planning long-term goals.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care per ANA standards, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of relevant experience, RN license, BLS certification, and additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NRP within specified timeframes.

New hires undergo orientation and competency validation; experienced RNs may have credential grace periods.

Work schedule varies; position is full-time.
