Description:
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegates tasks appropriately.
Provides nursing care based on the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—addressing psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents patient information.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
Meet competency expectations, including completing orientation, onboarding, and annual requirements.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications, with specific onboarding and credentialing timeframes.
Works scheduled from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
