The Nurse, with relevant clinical experience, practices independently, providing routine and complex care while planning long-term goals.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care according to ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs; administers medications, monitors side-effects, and documents care.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
Demonstrates leadership through self, others, or teams, and delegates appropriately.
Requirements include a BSN preferred, 1+ year of experience, RN license, BLS, and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
All new hires undergo orientation and competency validation; experienced RNs have credential grace periods.
Work schedule varies; position is full-time.
