Plumber - Engineering - Cox Medical Center Branson

Offering a $10K sign-on bonus and $5K relocation assistance, the RN Residency program begins June 30, 2025, accepting GN permits.

Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and delivering quality nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Supervises LVNs/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff; may serve as charge nurse.

Develops, reviews, and updates comprehensive nursing care plans; implements and evaluates patient care and responses.

Provides patient and family education, acts as a preceptor, and supports staff orientation.

Ensures accurate documentation, maintains confidentiality, and facilitates effective communication within the care team.

Requires a BSN preferred, 6 months to 1 year RN or GN permit experience, active RN license, BLS, and credentialing within specified grace periods.

Work schedule is TBD; full-time position.
