The competent Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care.
Provides routine and complex nursing care, focusing on long-term goals and contingency management.
Delegates tasks appropriately to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.
Delivers care aligned with ANA standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1 year of relevant experience (preferred), BLS certification, and an active RN license (state or compact).
Work schedule is 7PM - 7AM, full-time position.
