Provides routine and complex nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, aligned with ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, offering education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments using proper protocols, monitors outcomes, and documents care accurately.
Delegates tasks appropriately to care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.
Meets competency expectations related to self-leadership and team leadership.
Requires a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license.
Position is per diem, as needed, with no exceeding 950 characters.
