The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care according to ANA standards.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care.
Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and resources.
Meets competency expectations, delegates appropriately, and continues professional development.
Requirements include a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience, RN license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
New hires attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified grace periods.
Work schedule is 7 PM to 7 AM, full-time position.
