This role is for an FM, IM, or Geriatric physician overseeing a program in the Modesto/Stockton market, with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule and flexible hours.
Responsibilities include managing geriatric and post-acute patients under Medicare and Medicaid, with 2-3 home visits, 1-2 clinic days, and 1 telehealth day.
