Staff Nurse
Description:
The Nurse, with relevant clinical experience, practices independently, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.
Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
Meets competency expectations across leadership levels and adheres to ANA standards.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
New hires must complete orientation, competency validation, and meet credentialing deadlines, with grace periods depending on experience.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
