Description:
The Nurse is expected to practice independently in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

Must address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administer treatments, document care, and educate patients and families.
Requirements include a BSN preferred, 1+ year of relevant experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification.
Additional certifications like ACLS are required within specified timeframes.
New hires undergo orientation, preceptorship, and competency validation; experienced nurses may participate in residency programs.
