The Nurse provides independent, routine, and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.

Uses the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—aligning with ANA standards.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education and resources to patients and families.

Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care thoroughly.

Manages contingencies, delegates appropriately, and continues professional development, including competency validation.

Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience (preferred), an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.

New hires undergo orientation, preceptorship, and competency assessments, with credential renewal within specified grace periods.

Full-time position emphasizing clinical expertise, ongoing education, and adherence to organizational standards.
