The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care according to ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocol.
Documents patient information, educates patients and families, and delegates tasks appropriately.
Meets competency expectations, participates in orientations, and completes annual requirements.
Requires a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related experience, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM; full-time position.
