The Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
Delegates tasks to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.
Meets competency standards in leadership, self, and team management.
Requirements include a BSN preferred, 1-year nursing experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
Completes onboarding, orientation, and annual competencies.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
