Description:
Seeking a competent Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in a similar clinical setting to provide independent, routine, and complex patient care.
Utilizes nursing processes for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs while administering medications and treatments.
Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and families.
Demonstrates leadership by planning and evaluating unit operations, ensuring safe practice, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Possesses strong skills in health information documentation, medical equipment use, order processing, chart interpretation, and patient safety.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and excellent critical thinking skills.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
