Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—per standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
Documents patient information accurately and provides education to patients and families, identifying learning needs and resources.
Job requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (preferred), BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state or a compact license.
