Graduate LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Seeking a Director of Nursing (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing department, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

Planning, organizing, and supervising staff and daily operations

Performing rounds, reviewing notes, and participating in resident assessments

Managing administrative tasks, developing care plans, and ensuring adequate supplies

Leading staff training and maintaining quality and survey standards

Requirements:

Active Ohio RN or LPN license

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in care
