The Lead Engineer, Software Engineering (Boomi Development) role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of relevant software development and technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Strong expertise in IT development methodologies, SAP SuccessFactors, and integration protocols (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, SQL, JMS, HTTP/S).

Experience with distributed architecture, performance tuning, Java programming, and middleware tools is preferred.

Responsibilities include leading development teams, conducting code reviews, guiding system architecture, collaborating on project planning, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality and documentation.

Manage and support cloud/on-premise integrations using Dell Boomi, oversee deployment, and implement security protocols.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, assist in requirement gathering, and contribute to long-term integration strategies.
