Locum Physician Pediatrics

This position requires an experienced Nurse practicing independently in a similar clinical setting, capable of managing routine and complex patient care while planning long-term goals.

Provides assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation following ANA standards.

Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors outcomes, and documents care thoroughly.

Educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying learning needs and resources.

Demonstrates leadership skills, self-awareness, and delegation abilities.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and a valid RN license or compact license.

This full-time role emphasizes independent practice, clinical judgment, and effective patient communication.
