The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Nursing leadership to manage shift operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding daily nursing services, and supporting interdisciplinary team efforts.

Provides direct patient care when needed, coaches employees, and models professionalism and clinical excellence.

Requires RN licensure in NM, BLS certification, with preferred BSN and specialty certification.

Must demonstrate skills suitable for diverse patient ages, with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Works irregular hours in a dynamic environment, handling emergencies, infectious risks, and unpredictable situations.

Physical demands include standing, transferring patients/equipment, and good body mechanics.
