Locum Physician General Surgery

The competent Nurse practices independently within a similar clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care according to ANA standards.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects.

Documents patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.

Evaluates learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.

Demonstrates leadership through self-awareness and delegation, contributing to team management.

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (preferred), and a valid RN license with BLS certification. This is a per diem position with flexible hours.
