Open position: RN, MedSurg, Nights, Full-Time, with a sign-on bonus for night shifts.

New grads qualify for up to $10K; 1-2 years licensure: $10K; 3-4 years: $15K; 5+ years: $20K.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments and evaluates care effectiveness.
