Locum Physician Orthopedic Surgery

This Critical Care Nurse role involves independent practice in a fast-paced clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care aligned with treatment plans.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and educating patients and families.

Ensures patient safety, manages patient flow, and collaborates with the healthcare team.

Demonstrates proficiency in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, and safety protocols.

Requires a BSN (preferred), minimum 2 years' experience in Critical Care and another specialty, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (for pediatric cases), and NRP at CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital.

Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
