The qualified Nurse practices independently in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
Meets competency expectations in self-leadership and team leadership, adhering to ANA standards.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of nursing experience (critical care preferred), an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
New hires must complete orientation within 30 days; additional certifications must be obtained within specified grace periods.
Work schedule is TBD, with per diem as needed.
