The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently, managing routine and complex care while focusing on long-term goals.
Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to deliver patient care.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
Assesses learning needs and offers appropriate education and resources.
Meets competency expectations in self-leadership and team leadership.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license.
The role is full-time.
