This Occupational Therapist (OT) role involves providing care to young adult through geriatric populations in various settings, including IP Rehab, SNF, and Acute Care (total joints).
Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans aimed at prevention, management, and rehabilitation based on physician orders.
Help patients achieve independence in daily activities through education on adaptive equipment, strategies, cognitive retraining, and therapeutic exercises.
Complete required Hip and Knee Replacement Program curriculum and annual education modules.
Qualifications include active Missouri OT licensure, BLS certification within 90 days, good clinical and communication skills, and a self-motivated, independent work approach.
Preferred to have a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy; no prior experience required.
