The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Meets expectations in self, team, or leadership competencies, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
Assesses educational needs and provides patient and caregiver education.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience, RN license, and BLS certification; ACLS required within 30 days.
New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and meet annual requirements.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
