Assistant Director of Nursing (LPN)

This position offers a chance to join a team dedicated to quality nursing care and teamwork in a 36-bed Med-Surg Cardiac unit with vascular surgery specialization.

Our patient population includes post-heart surgery, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients.

The virtual eAcute Med-Surg nurse plays a key role in managing adult and geriatric patient care remotely, assisting with admissions, care plans, patient education, medication teaching, care coordination, mentoring, and quality surveillance.

Requirements include an RN license in Missouri, minimum two years Med-Surg experience, and strong communication and critical thinking skills. Preferred qualifications are a BSN, charge nurse or preceptor experience, and specialty certifications.
