Experienced RN in Critical Care or similar settings, practicing independently and managing complex patient care plans.
Demonstrates leadership, flexibility, and effective delegation across units.
Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—adapting care to patient needs.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social aspects of patient and family needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and provides patient and family education.
Ensures patient safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintains accurate documentation in electronic and paper records, interprets patient charts, and manages medical equipment.
Collaborates with healthcare team, facilitating patient throughput and unit operations.
Requires BSN (preferred), minimum 2 years in critical care plus another specialty, RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 30 days), and NRP (within 60 days).
Schedule: 7PM-7AM, Per Diem.
