The Registered Nurse coordinates and provides patient care tailored to the patient’s age group, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care aligned with unit standards and organizational goals.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license (NM or Compact), BLS certification within 2 weeks, and other certifications within 6 months.
Demonstrates clinical competence, effective communication, and respect for patients, families, and staff.
Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager in a healthcare environment with exposure to infectious diseases and potential emergencies.
Must handle physical demands including standing, walking, patient transfers, and fine motor tasks, with normal or corrected vision and hearing.
