This position is for a competent Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in a similar clinical setting, capable of practicing independently and managing complex patient care.
Provides routine and advanced nursing care, utilizing the nursing process and addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Performs medication administration, monitors treatment effects, and documents patient information.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, and current BLS certification; ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Completes onboarding, annual competencies, and departmental specific training.
Work schedule is full-time, 5 days of 8-hour shifts. Experience in critical care preferred but new graduates are welcome.
