The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for shift leadership and operational management of a clinical department, ensuring nursing care safety and quality.
Collaborates with the Nursing Department Director/Manager and interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient and family services.
Supervises nursing staff, coaches employees, and provides direct patient care when needed.
Demonstrates professionalism and clinical excellence as a role model.
Requires RN license in New Mexico, BLS certification, and preferred certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred.
Must be adaptable to irregular hours, handle emergencies, and work in environments with infectious risks, requiring physical stamina and good body mechanics.
