Offering a $10K sign-on bonus, this RN position involves independent practice in a 36-bed cardiac care unit specializing in post-surgical and cardiothoracic patients.

Responsibilities include delivering routine and complex care, utilizing the nursing process, and managing patient assessments, education, and treatments.

The role emphasizes patient safety, quality care, and effective communication within the healthcare team.

Core competencies involve patient flow management, unit operations, and adherence to clinical policies and safety standards.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), EKG and NIHSS (within 90 days), and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
