Physician Psychiatry

The GI Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, utilizing current clinical knowledge and nursing processes such as assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Ensures effective communication among patients, staff, physicians, anesthesia providers, and hospital departments.

Delivers safe, quality care tailored to patients of all ages (infants to older adults), aligning with the hospital's mission and core values.

Supports strategic goals and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements include recent GI experience preferred, willingness to accept call, Louisiana RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Work is per diem, with a flexible schedule.
