Assistant Director of Nursing (LPN) Avon

Seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse with â ¥2 years' experience in ICU and another specialty (e.g., MedSurg, Telemetry, Emergency). Must hold an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Responsibilities include providing independent, comprehensive patient care per treatment plans, utilizing the nursing process, and addressing complex psychosocial needs.

Demonstrates critical thinking, effective communication, and documentation of patient information.

Ensures patient safety, adheres to policies, and promotes quality outcomes.

Flexible in assignment, able to work across multiple units, and proactively manages patient throughput.

Participates in staff education, equipment maintenance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 5 years' total nursing experience. Full-time position.
