Program Manager (RN) Maternal Services / Full-time

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care tailored to the specific age group, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in line with unit standards.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state) and BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire.

Additional certifications must be obtained within 6 months, with ongoing maintenance required if already held.

Requires current knowledge of age-appropriate care, effective communication, and respect for patient rights.

Supervised by the Patient Care Director or Manager, with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and potential stressful situations.

Physically, must handle emergencies, perform extensive standing, walking, positioning, and fine motor tasks, with normal or corrected vision and hearing.

Work hours are flexible due to emergencies and schedule changes; environment is clean, well-lit, and ventilated.
