Seeking a Lead Engineer in Software Engineering (Boomi Development) with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years of relevant software development, including business applications with relational and non-relational databases in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 4 years of experience in a technical lead role with strong knowledge of IT development methodologies and SAP SuccessFactors integrations (SFAPI/ODATA, Integration Center).

Proficiency in communication protocols (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, SQL, JMS, HTTP/HTTPS), distributed architecture, and performance tuning.

Preferred experience includes global HR/payroll integrations, middleware tools, Java programming, API management, automation, and certification in Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities involve leading a team of developers, overseeing code quality, system design, and deployment, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices in integration development and documentation.

Additional duties include troubleshooting, performance optimization, maintaining integrations, and supporting compliance and security protocols.
