The Teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment that promotes children's positive development. They assist Lead Teachers in planning and executing educational activities, greet families, and handle daily tasks such as diapering, laundry, cleaning, and supply management. Compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations is essential.

Qualifications include a minimum of 6 college hours in an accredited institution or a MOA Educational Wavier, preferred early childhood education coursework, and 1-2 years of related experience. Skills required are excellent communication, organization, time management, and ability to perform under stress. Certifications in CPR/FA/AED must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Health screenings, TB testing, and immunizations are mandatory.
