The Nurse is expected to practice independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to ANA standards.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administering medications, monitoring effects, documenting care, and providing education.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related experience, current RN license, BLS, and relevant certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified grace periods.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time position.
