The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Demonstrates competence in assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care per professional standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and delegates tasks appropriately.
Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents patient information accurately.
Provides patient and family education, assesses learning needs, and identifies resources.
Aligns with competency expectations, including leadership skills and adherence to nursing standards.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license. The schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
