Audiologist - Fort Wayne IN

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's benefits process.

Conduct in-person evaluations and review electronic medical records via a secure portal.

Accurately document findings and complete VA forms.

This role does not involve treatment or medication prescribing.

Full-time schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 telehealth days; in-person location required.

Caseload averages 4 Veterans daily; equipment provided.

Requires a Ph.D./Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program and an active, unrestricted license.

Qualifications include strong analytical, documentation, and empathetic skills.
