RN - Medical Full Time Nights

The Nurse, with experience in similar clinical settings, independently provides routine and complex patient care, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects and managing contingencies.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while addressing emotional, cultural, and social needs.

Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents thoroughly.

Provides patient and family education, identifying needs and resources.

Meets competencies in self-leadership, team leadership, or leadership of leaders.

Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and valid RN license with current certifications (BLS, NRP, ACLS, and specialized fetal monitoring credentials).

Newly hired RNs undergo orientation, precepting, and competency validation within specified time frames.

Experience in perinatal care or specialized certifications like FHM and neonatal resuscitation are preferred.

Work schedule is 7 PM - 7 AM, per diem as needed, not exceeding 950 hours annually.
