Seeking flexible, incentivized RN positions with various shifts (day/night) and no weekend or holiday requirements. The PRN/GIG RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple departments, including Critical Care, Telemetry, Med/Surg, Women's Health, L&D, Behavioral Health, and ER. The role involves floating between multiple facilities and requires a minimum of 1 shift in 90 days, with shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours. Compensation starts at $40/hour plus variable shift incentives. Qualifications include a current RN license, at least 1-2 years of recent bedside experience depending on specialty, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP). Epic experience is preferred. The program offers flexibility but requires availability on short notice and responsibility for scheduling hours.
