Seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform and report lab tests in accordance with CLIA regulations, with limited independent clinical judgment.
Responsibilities include operating systems, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate results to support patient care.
Must have an Associates Degree in an accredited medical laboratory technician program.
No prior experience required; 1 year preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to lead automation projects.
Effective time management, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Certification as a Medical Lab Technician from a recognized agency is required or must be eligible to sit for the exam, with certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
