The competent Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care in line with ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents all care activities.
Makes appropriate assignments and delegates tasks to team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
Meets competency expectations related to self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational standards.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and a valid RN license with BLS certification.
Work schedule is TBD; position is full-time.
