Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—adapting care to address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitors effects, and documents care accurately.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
Requirements include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related experience, RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
New hires attend orientation within 30 days, with competency validation and ongoing annual requirements.

Position is per diem as needed, with flexible scheduling.
