Clinical Psychologist - Little Rock AR

Seeking a competent RN with independent practice in similar clinical settings to provide routine and complex patient care, delegate tasks, and develop long-term plans.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation), administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Demonstrates leadership in self, others, or teams, ensuring patient safety, quality care, and compliance with regulations.

Assesses patient needs, manages patient flow, and oversees unit operations and equipment.

Maintains accurate health information documentation and processes medical orders efficiently.

Ensures safety protocols, participates in quality improvement, and adheres to policies and standards.

Requires BSN (preferred), 1+ year experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS (within 6 months), NIHSS (within 90 days).

Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time position.
