The qualified Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care aligned with ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care.
Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and resources.
Meets competency expectations, including attending orientation, completing onboarding, and annual validations.
Preferred experience includes perinatal nursing or residency; certifications such as BLS, NRP, and STABLE are required within specified timeframes.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
