Description:
Seeking Certified Nurse Assistants, Nurse Assistants, or Nurse Assistant Apprentices to provide basic patient care in a clinical setting.
Training includes classroom and clinical experience to develop skills such as taking vitals, bathing, dressing, mobility, and linen changes.
Responsibilities involve monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes, and completing a competency assessment at the end of training.
Preferred education is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior healthcare experience is a plus.
Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days; Nurse Assistant roles require 3 months of relevant experience or completion of approved programs, and Missouri CNA licensure within 120 days.
