Clinical Psychologist - Anchorage AK

Seeking a competent RN with experience in similar clinical settings to practice independently, provide routine and complex care, and manage long-term goals.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation), addressing psychosocial and cultural needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Core competencies involve critical thinking, effective communication, patient throughput management, unit operations, safety practices, and adherence to policies and regulations.

Technical skills cover health information documentation, medical equipment handling, medical order processing, chart reading, and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred, 1+ year experience, RN license, BLS certification, and de-escalation training within 90 days.

Work is per diem, requiring flexibility and adherence to safety and quality standards.
